  • Where are you located?
    • We have only one location in Tampa, Florida USA
  • I don’t see a driveshaft for my vehicle. Can I order one?
    • Yes! All of our driveshafts are custom made. If you don’t see your vehicle listed, please use our quote form / order form to get one made just for you.
  • I don’t like putting my information online. Can I just order my driveshaft over the phone?
    • Absolutely. Call us. 😊
  • Why are your driveshafts more than some other places?
    • When you buy knockoff tools because they are cheaper, do they last as long? Do they ever turn into buying 2, 3, or 4 of them because they don’t work well or break? Take the price of those and multiply times 4. Do ours still cost so much more? Quality tools last longer. (period!)
  • Can I get financing for my driveshaft?
    • Yes you can – through PayPal. See the banner at the top or during checkout
  • Are there any other places that I can get one of your driveshafts?
    • Yes, but only through our authorized dealers. Our driveshafts will be made just as fast and sent to you/the dealer once we receive their order. Please send us a message via contact form if you would like to verify the dealer’s status with us.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • You will receive an email with your shipping information after your order is processed. IN STOCK products are made as we receive the order. (Typically 5-10 business days to process the order.) If a product is listed as AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER, we will be able to process your order accordingly when we have the necessary components. You can contact us via contact form or phone to get an estimate on backorder times.
  • Do you have any coupons or discounts?
    • Yes. Please look at our Coupons page for discounts (promo codes) available
  • I have a driveshaft I bought somewhere else, can you install it?
    • We do not install competitor driveshafts.
  • I ordered a driveshaft, and I didn’t make an account during checkout. Can I still make one?
    • Yes. Our webmaster can help you make an account. Please use the contact form. Even if you do not have an account, you will receive updates via email about your order.
  • I bought one of your driveshafts used, & there’s something wrong with it. Can you fix it?
    • If you have one of our driveshafts and it was damaged by the previous owner, you should read about our WARRANTY. After that, you can contact us to address your specific issues.
    • If you are considering buying a used driveshaft, please read the warranty and inspect it thoroughly. We highly recommend buying a new one instead.
